NandroBol by Phoenix Remedies is nandrolone decanoate (Deca-Durabolin) in a 10 ml vial dosed at 375 mg per ml, 3,750 mg per vial. The higher-than-standard strength means less oil per injection: 400 mg a week is just over 1 ml.

How Long Deca Takes to Work

The long decanoate ester releases nandrolone slowly and steadily, so one or two injections a week are enough. Deca is a gradual mass builder: results build over a cycle of 8-12 weeks, which some users extend to 16, through higher protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, better recovery and a bigger appetite. Many lifters also run it for the joint comfort it gives under heavy weights.

• Beginners: 200-300 mg per week
• Intermediate: 400-500 mg per week
• Advanced: up to 600 mg per week

Side Effects and PCT

Deca suppresses natural testosterone and can bring acne, hair loss, gynecomastia, bloating, mood swings and changes in libido. Dosing it slightly below testosterone keeps progesterone-related effects rare. After a long-ester cycle, PCT begins once the Deca has cleared; a four-week Nolvadex or Clomid course is the usual choice.

Stacking NandroBol

Deca is almost always run on a Testosterone Enanthate base, and both are long esters, so they can share injection days. Our blast and cruise example runs Test E at 500 mg and Deca at 400 mg a week for 14 weeks, with Dianabol for the first 4 weeks.
