Product Description

Nandrobolin by Alpha Pharma is nandrolone decanoate (Deca-Durabolin) in a 10 ml vial dosed at 250 mg per ml. That is the classic Deca strength, which keeps dosing simple: 1 ml is 250 mg, and the 400 mg a week used in our intermediate cycle is 1.6 ml.

What Deca Does

First introduced in the 1960s, Deca-Durabolin is still one of the most widely used injectables in bodybuilding. It builds muscle by increasing protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, raises red blood cell production for strength and endurance, shortens recovery, increases appetite and is valued for joint relief during heavy training.

Dosage and Cycle Length

Our Deca guide recommends 200-300 mg a week for beginners, 400-500 mg for intermediate users and up to 600 mg for advanced users. Most cycles last 8-12 weeks with one or two injections a week, followed by 4-6 weeks off before the next cycle.

Side Effects and PCT

Possible side effects include acne, hair loss, gynecomastia and lower libido. Deca suppresses natural testosterone, so combine it with testosterone and finish with PCT. Running Deca slightly below the testosterone dose helps avoid progesterone-related issues. The decanoate ester clears slowly, so PCT starts later than after short esters; Clomid or Nolvadex are the usual choices.

Stacking

The intermediate cycle in our store runs Testosterone Cypionate at 500 mg and Deca at 400 mg a week for 12 weeks, with Dianabol at 25 mg a day for the first 4 weeks. Testosterone, Dianabol and Anadrol are the usual bulking partners; for cutting, Deca is stacked with Winstrol or Anavar.
