Ultima Deca 500 by Ultima Pharmaceuticals is nandrolone decanoate (Deca-Durabolin) in a 10 ml vial dosed at 500 mg per ml, 5,000 mg per vial. That is double the classic 250 mg/ml strength, so the same weekly dose takes half as much oil.

Why Bodybuilders Use Deca

Deca is nandrolone on a long decanoate ester. It releases slowly and keeps blood levels stable with one or two injections a week. It is a bulking staple: it increases protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, supports red blood cell production, speeds recovery, raises appetite and is well known for joint relief during heavy training.

Deca Dosage

• Beginners: 200-300 mg per week
• Intermediate: 400-500 mg per week
• Advanced: up to 600 mg per week

Cycles usually last 8-12 weeks. At 500 mg per ml, a 400 mg week is only 0.8 ml. Inject slowly and rotate sites; the glutes and thighs are the most common.

Side Effects and PCT

Deca shuts down natural testosterone and can cause acne, hair loss, gynecomastia, bloating and changes in libido. Keep it slightly below your testosterone dose to limit progesterone-related problems. PCT is required, and because the decanoate ester clears slowly, it starts later than after short esters. Our PCT protocols cover Clomid and Nolvadex.

Stacking Deca

The off-season plan in our store runs Testosterone Cypionate at 600 mg a week for 12 weeks with Deca at 400 mg a week for the first 10, Anadrol at 50 mg a day for the first 6 weeks and Arimidex at 0.5 mg every other day. For cutting, Deca is paired with Winstrol or Anavar instead.
